- Integrate Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS)
- Ensure external GIPS compliant reporting

- Manage third-party administrator and all other vendors
- Analyze operating procedures and accounting policies
- Implement industry best practices
- Advise on employee compensation and benefits
- Management company accounting
- Investment monitoring
- Develop business continuity plans
- Publish regulatory listings
